Stála u exponenciálního růstu firmy FEI (dnes Thermofisher). Aktuálně se věnuje především firmám, které jsou ve fázi – nebo před fází – rapidního rozvoje. V roce 2016 získala ocenění nejlepší HR Leader České republiky.
